JOEL - Requirements for the Celestial Kingdom or otherwise known as the road to perfection
Birth
Love God and man
Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
Repentance
Baptism
Confirmation and Receiving Gift of the Holy Ghost
Conferring the priesthood(for men)
Receiving all temple ordinances (Endowment, sealing to spouse and children, etc) and are sealed by the Holy Spirit of Promise
Obedience to the laws, doctrines and ordinances of the gospel
Serving God and man
Enduring to the end
Death (or translation)
Resurrection
Judgment
Celestial kingdom
Those who reach the Celestial Kingdon are "they who received the testimony of Jesus, and believed on his name and were baptized after the manner of his burial, and who overcome by faith, and are sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise, which the Father sheds forth upon all those who are just and true" (D&C 76:51-53)
