JOEL - Of course Joseph and Mary were not yet married when they found out about her pregnancy. But an angel appeared to Joseph in a dream and said:
"Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: (Matt 1:20, 24)

So Joseph and Mary were married to each other but we can only speculate that they were or will be sealed to each other.

SEAN - Was jesus spirt in the womb before he was born?

JOEL - Once again we can only speculate about this. We read in 3 Nephi in the Book of Mormon:
"Lift up your head and be of good cheer; for behold, the time is at hand, and on this night shall the sign be given, and on the morrow come I into the world, to show unto the world that I will fulfil all that which I have caused to be spoken by the mouth of my holy prophets. (3 Ne. 1: 13)

Here Nephi hears the voice of Jesus tell him that He will be born on the next day. We don't know if Jesus' spirit was there with Nephi when He said this or if His spirit was speaking to Nephi from His mother's womb. With God all things are possible.
There has been no specific revelation received on either of these two questions that I know of.
