RUTH - If I understand correctly, if Adam and Eve had not partaken of the forbidden fruit, they would still be innocents in the Garden of Eden. If there are worlds unnumbered, do you think it possible that there are many of those worlds who have their own "Adam and Eve" who have kept the commandment not to partake of the forbidden fruit?

JOEL - We learn in the Temple ordinance that there probably were Adam and Eve counterparts on the other worlds that were created. But if any of them did not partake of the fruit(assuming they were given similar choices as our Adam and Eve), there would have been no reason for their existance. One of the main reasons for God to place man on a world is so they can multiply and replenish it, and provide bodies for His spirit children who want the chance to have eternal life.
If the original parents don't make the same correct choice on all these worlds, this objective would not be accomplished and God would have been wasting His time. Of course this is all speculation since nothing has really specifically been revealed on this subject.
