JOEL - Yes. It is their right and responsibility as your parents to keep anything out of their home that they do not want. You either need to find a better hiding place for it :-) (just kidding) or return it to your friend or another Mormon you know for safe keeping, until you are older and on your own. Remember one of the Ten Commandments which says, Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may seem long upon the land;" excuse me that's "be long upon the land." :-)
